The process of "healing", as it were, is a long and difficult one. I do not speak of "healing" the body, or the emotions, or the spirit --- that is too obvious and mundane a task. It simply occurred to me that after we are born, we are in a sense broken apart by beliefs and doctrines that do not verily belong to us; experiences that we underwent against our will, as we were helpless at that time to command it; and "healing" as I use the term is required to become whole once more.
